Child Safety and CSAE Prohibition Policy

The Instonic app maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Users are strictly prohibited from using Instonic to access, download, store, or distribute any material that depicts, promotes, or encourages child sexual abuse or exploitation. We prioritize child safety, and any violation of this standard will result in immediate termination of access and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Our Commitment to Child Safety

Instonic is deeply committed to the protection of children and the prevention of child exploitation in all its forms. The safety and well-being of children is a non-negotiable priority that informs every aspect of how our application is developed, maintained, and operated.

We recognize our responsibility as an application developer to ensure that our platform cannot be used — directly or indirectly — to facilitate, enable, or promote any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.

This policy applies to all users of the Instonic Android application, without exception. No use case, claim, or justification will override these standards.

Zero Tolerance for CSAE content of any kind
Child safety embedded in our core product values
Immediate action and authority reporting for violations
Continuous review of safety standards and practices

Prohibited Content & Activities

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited when using the Instonic application. These restrictions are absolute and non-negotiable:

  • Accessing, downloading, or storing any material that sexually exploits minors
  • Distributing, sharing, or transmitting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
  • Using the app to locate, contact, or solicit minors for sexual purposes (grooming)
  • Downloading or saving any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child abuse or exploitation
  • Using the application to circumvent platform safety measures designed to protect children
  • Sharing or re-uploading any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors
  • Any activity that endangers the physical, psychological, or emotional well-being of a child

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate and permanent termination of access to the Instonic application, and the incident will be reported to the relevant law enforcement and child protection authorities.

App Scope & Design Intent

Instonic is an Android application designed to help users save and organize publicly available video and image content from supported social media platforms for personal, non-commercial use.

The application functions through user-provided links to publicly accessible content. Instonic does not operate as a content hosting platform, does not generate or create content, and does not provide any functionality that is designed or intended to facilitate access to harmful content of any kind.

Instonic does not upload, store, host, or claim ownership over any third-party content. The application only works with publicly accessible links provided by the user. We have no control over what third-party platforms host, and we do not provide tools designed to access restricted or private content.

The app is intended exclusively for adults who wish to save content they are legally and ethically permitted to save. It is not designed, marketed, or intended for use by or in connection with minors in any harmful way.

Content Restrictions & Technical Safeguards

Instonic is designed and restricted to work only with publicly available content from supported platforms. The application does not and cannot be used to access:

  • Private or restricted account content
  • Password-protected or authenticated media
  • Content from accounts that have been flagged, restricted, or removed by platforms
  • Direct messages, private stories, or any non-public content
  • Content hidden behind age-gates or identity verification systems

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that any content they choose to access or download complies with all applicable laws, the terms of service of the originating platform, and ethical standards — including child safety standards.

If you have witnessed or suspect child sexual abuse or exploitation, please contact your local law enforcement authorities and the relevant national reporting center immediately. In the US, you can report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at CyberTipline.org.
