Agreement To Use Instonic

Welcome to Instonic.app

These Terms and Conditions define the rules, responsibilities, and guidelines for using the Instonic Android application.

By downloading, installing, or using Instonic, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

By accessing or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

About The Application

Instonic is an Android application designed to help users save and organize publicly available video content from supported platforms.

The application provides free features along with optional premium subscription features that enhance the overall user experience.

Instonic focuses on providing a simple, convenient, and privacy-conscious way for users to manage their saved content.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 where local law requires) and able to form a binding agreement.

You will use the app according to applicable laws
You will follow the rules of supported third-party platforms

Account

Signing in with Google is optional and is used for Premium and Cloud Backup. You are responsible for your device and account security.

Acceptable And Fair Use

Instonic is intended for responsible personal use.

You agree NOT to use the application to:

  • Access private or restricted content
  • Download content without proper permission
  • Violate copyright or intellectual property rights

Fair use: You must not bypass download limits, tamper with the app, use bots or automated tools, scrape or resell the service, or try to break its security. We may limit or end access if you do.

Intellectual Property

The Instonic app, name and logo belong to Instonic. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. Content you download belongs to its owners; you are responsible for having permission to use it.

TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Threads, Pinterest and Reddit.

Instonic is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of them. All names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Free Features And Premium Access

Instonic provides both free and premium functionality.

Free Access

Free users may access essential application features with usage limitations:

  • Limited daily quota
  • Basic downloading features
  • Standard application functionality
Premium Subscription

Premium users receive access to enhanced features, which may include:

  • Advanced downloading capabilities
  • Batch download tools
  • Cloud Library & Cloud Backup
  • Privacy Vault
  • Premium support options

Premium features may change as the application develops.

Ads And Rewards

The free version shows ads. You may choose to watch rewarded ads to earn extra downloads, an ad-free period, or watermark-free GIFs. Rewards are granted only after the ad is completed and may be limited or changed at any time.

Cloud Backup

Premium cloud storage has a size limit. You are responsible for having the right to store the files you back up. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.

Subscriptions

Premium (weekly or monthly) is billed by Google Play and renews automatically until cancelled in Google Play > Subscriptions. Prices may change with notice from Google Play. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.

Application Updates And Changes

We continuously improve Instonic by adding new features, fixing issues, and improving performance.

We may:

  • Update application features
  • Modify existing functionality
  • Introduce new premium features
  • Remove outdated features when necessary

We aim to provide the best possible user experience while improving the application over time.

Third-Party Services

Instonic may integrate with trusted third-party services for purposes such as:

Third-party services operate according to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We do not guarantee any platform or link will always work.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for breaches of these Terms. Sections that by nature should continue (for example intellectual property and liability) survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes go to its courts, except where consumer law gives you other rights.

Severability

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
